GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for E-Commerce Specialist who can work in our Under Armour's Brand within the Doğuş Hospitality & Retail to be responsible for the following processes.


  • Detail-oriented, demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing, positive, energetic individual
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, data sciences, or related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Ecommerce and/or retail background preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of online marketplaces (N11, HepsiBurada, Trendyol, etc).
  • Excellent command of English


DESCRIPTION


  • Carry out all operational actions daily in terms of product management on ua.com.tr and marketplaces and contact with 3rd parties when needed
  • Ensure that all product information (description, images, etc) is correct and up-to-date on all online stores, make neccessary changes
  • Assign products to related categories and create category&collection pages
  • Follow up launch dates of products and make those product online on launch dates
  • Manage the entire process of translating product information
  • Manage inventory on online marketplaces
  • Create, manage, and optimize listings for all marketplaces
  • Regularly monitor marketplace panels and take action if necessary
  • Drive sales on marketplaces through creating promotions and events, maintain promotional calendar for marketplaces
  • Manage, track, and report on promotional performance; adjust style offering in real time based on success of the program or needs of the business
  • Conduct regular calls with each marketplace to review performance and make recommendations for future promotions
  • Work cross functionally with merchandising to execute pricing and product strategies
  • Maintain and improve seller rating on marketplaces
  • Review customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes as needed
  • Stay current on latest marketplace trends and competitive landscape within channel, identify opportunities to grow the marketplace business
  • Build and maintain collaborative partnerships both with internal and external stakeholders including marketing, merchandising, and IT
  • Prepare weekly/monthly marketplace sales reports
