QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce processes.

• Knowledge of e-commerce processes and operation processes

• Knowledge of entegra and ideasoft systems preferable knowledge of directing Aliexpress, amazon, e-bay, sites

• Able to support export operation processes when necessary

• Able to work in a planned and detailed manner

• Prioritizing customer satisfaction and able to react quickly

• Strong communication and representation abilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• A true team player

• Fluent in English. (Second Language is an asset)

• No obstacles to travel abroad

• Active driving and at least B class driver's license

• Military service has to be completed for male candidates

• Residing in Istanbul (Anatolian side is preferred)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To complete the operations related to the company's shipment by completing the preparation of incoming orders on aliexpress, amazon and company website.

• Managing current and new product traffic in these digital platforms.

• Able to apply sales increasing methods

• Able to respond quickly by prioritizing customer satisfaction.

• To be able to report on product shipping and sales cost

• Supporting export operation processes when necessary.
