JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analyzing the customer specification and carrying out the best-optimized project at the design stage
- Determining convenient equipment and defining the quantity. Analyzing the cost before ordering
- Participating in the technical meetings with the customer if necessary
- Answering technical questions and preparing reports requested by the customer
- Supporting after-sales department to improve customer satisfaction
- Supporting mechanical dept. and other related departments, where needed
- Searching and analyzing for new products in the market and standards. To use this information in new designs
- Managing elephant projects in the design department and preparing necessary technical documentation requested by the customer
- Meeting tight schedule of the project, also follow-up production plan and sub-supplier delivery deadlines
- Clarify the technical issues with sub-suppliers, in order to get the right material or to get the right material offer.
