GENEL NİTELİKLER

  • Provide guidelines, materials and activities to promote DPDHL brand to attract / retain candidates, manage job fairs and benchmark employer attractiveness
  • Create, implement and manage Graduate / College Recruitment and Internship programs
  • Ensure delivery of Engagement and Diversity initiatives and plans as per timelines and acceptable standardsand advise colleagues on their contribution or own activities.
  • Create plans and deliver annual Employee Opinion Survey covering communication, roll out, stakeholder management and vendor management
  • Make recommendations based on EOS data analysis to enhance employee motivation and productivity
  • Design and implement recognition programs, motivational initiatives (employee gifts, awards, engagement groups etc.) and wellbeing activities to encourage recognition culture and wellbeing concept at workplace
  • Implement employee health and wellbeing programs to develop health solutions, health networks and health governance at workplace.
  • Proactively assess and analyze engagement climate in the organization to identify trends and areas of improvement.

The Person:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Minimum 3 years of total Human Resources experience,
  • Learning agility and curious mindset
  • Proven experience of building & maintaining relationships
  • Teamwork oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Innovative approach
