GENEL NİTELİKLER
- Provide guidelines, materials and activities to promote DPDHL brand to attract / retain candidates, manage job fairs and benchmark employer attractiveness
- Create, implement and manage Graduate / College Recruitment and Internship programs
- Ensure delivery of Engagement and Diversity initiatives and plans as per timelines and acceptable standardsand advise colleagues on their contribution or own activities.
- Create plans and deliver annual Employee Opinion Survey covering communication, roll out, stakeholder management and vendor management
- Make recommendations based on EOS data analysis to enhance employee motivation and productivity
- Design and implement recognition programs, motivational initiatives (employee gifts, awards, engagement groups etc.) and wellbeing activities to encourage recognition culture and wellbeing concept at workplace
- Implement employee health and wellbeing programs to develop health solutions, health networks and health governance at workplace.
- Proactively assess and analyze engagement climate in the organization to identify trends and areas of improvement.
The Person:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Minimum 3 years of total Human Resources experience,
- Learning agility and curious mindset
- Proven experience of building & maintaining relationships
- Teamwork oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Innovative approach
