• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance.
• Good command of Microsoft Office Programs.
• Good command of English both written & spoken
• Strong knowledge about Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of Material.
• Knowledge in Utilities (Boiler room, Compressed air, Fire pumps)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and result oriented.
• Very good communication and coordination skills.
• Outside the box thinking ability,

• Residency in İzmir or Manisa.
The position is located in Manisa.
How will you foster the challenge?
We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer who will join our at Maintenance Team.
• Working closely with multi-functional and multi-national teams to create and execute, global long-term product group road-maps,
• Understanding consumer insights,
• Analyzing market, consumer and technology trends to offer innovative projects,
• Organizing the necessary maintenance plan, human resources, and necessary spare parts to keep the lines, machines, and equipment in good/ready condition to run.
• Making improvement studies to reduce production losses caused by line, machine, and automation.
• Contributing to various improvement projects and supply technical support at new investments.
• Tracking and improving maintenance KPIs, realize periodical maintenance activities on time.
• Defining predictive maintenance, preventive, corrective maintenance activities.
• Deciding, prioritize implement with manufacturing the maintenance actions plan in order to maintain machines original state
• Leading the WCM PM activities on the whole process to increase the reliability and availability of workstations, production lines
• Managing optimize maintenance costs including spare parts inventory
• Organizing the intervention of his team in the implementation and ramp-up of new workstations or production lines.
