QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Automation Engineering
  • Master’s Degree is a plus,
  • Good command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset,)
  • Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
  • Knowledge of Autocad and similar drawing programs,
  • Preferably Experience in PLC, automation systems and robotic applications
  • Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic and electrical maintenance, maintenance,
  • Preferably Knowledge of Industry 4.0 applications in Maintenance,
  • Preferably Knowledge of SAP PM module,

JOB DESCRIPTION;

  • Project management responsibility for line/equipment/automation installation projects, improvement of existing systems and development of maintenance activities.
  • Management of the maintenance and project development teams in accordance with work safety,
  • Performing efficiency and improvement studies by following technological developments,
  • Commissioning of new established facilities or machines, training of maintenance personnel and operators and preparation of necessary maintenance management documents,
  • Increase the efficiency of the plant by developing new production technologies and projects,
  • Making and organizing machine track layout studies,
  • Monitoring and reporting of planned, preventive and predictive maintenance activities of machines,
  • Contribute of necessary quality and capacity improvements in the machines and lines.
  • Conducting preventive activities by performing root cause analysis and fault analysis,
  • Organization of subcontractors and maintenance-repair services received from machine manufacturers,
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with management system documents related to maintenance responsibility,
