GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for a “Metal Processing Specialist” for our customer where located at Manisa with the qualifications.
- Bachelor Degree with a strong academic achievement in Mechanical Engineering
- 4-7 years production experience
- Knowledge of MS Office programs
- Good at Data Processing & Analysis
- Analytical, creative thinking and good problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- No military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Directs the production teams to run production in line with the quality and quantity targets
- Ensures that machines and equipment are operated efficiently
- Takes and implements preventive and corrective measures before the production line breaks down
- Prepares the work orders and follow-up of production accordingly
- Prepares the instructions and documents
- Carries out the preparations of the procurement process for the tools required for production line
- Follows up the spare parts of all machinery and requests order from procurement section depending on the critical safety stock levels
- Plans maintenance and repair activities of all machinery and equipment, ensures that they are carried out in accordance with the relevant procedures and instructions
- In case of any malfunction of machinery of equipment, makes a planning to solve the problem internally, if it is not possible then contacts with service company and gets it fixed
- Conducts necessary engineering works related with the production line
- Prepares production reports
- Conducts the works related with Scrap Management
- Prepares and implements the required quality, machine and product control plans
- Conducts continuous improvement studies.
