Responsibilities
- Implements the system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Plans activities that will meet the expectations of external and internal customers and ensures continuous improvement in accordance with the company's vision, strategic goals, policy, and employee ethics policy, and undertakes the responsibility of inspection, monitoring and improvement.
- Reviews production plan and gives necessary feedbacks to Production Planner
- Checks the adequacy of human, material and machine resources required for the realization of the production plan.
- Arranges the daily work organization according to the production plan and makes necessary decisions for the continuous operation of production.
Qualifications
- BS/BA or equivalent
- At least 5 years of professional experience in production.
- Able to use MS Office programs well.
- Knowledge and experience in lean manufacturing, ISO 9001 Quality Management System processes.
- Self directed with superior product planning and timing skills.
- Must be capable of leading problem solving activities.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
