Responsibilities
- Maintains and audits Quality Management System regarding to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and Gate Global System,
- Monitors the adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, HSE Policy, GBLP/2, and Lean Sigma and any other industry standards in all activities,
- Maintains and keeps Quality Manual, quality procedures, process diagrams, etc updated,
- Responsible from Monitoring all changes affecting QMS (incl. Customer specific requirements), and keeping all documentation updated,
- Participates 2nd and 3rd party audits, tracks all 8Ds and works for to close them effectively,
- Where necessary, provides skills as internal auditor, participates 3rd party audits and ensures that all related documentation, records and procedures etc. are maintained per established ISO 9001, Gates Global Procedures and customer requirements,
- Determination and reporting of the nonconformities and risk related to occupational safety and environment,
- In case of an accident, for analyzing the situation; take necessary precautions and perform TIPSS studies with his/her supervisor and HSE Coordinator,
- Fulfill task, authorities and responsibilities related to the SH. HSE. T.004 HSE and Energy Responsibilities Instruction.
Qualificition:
- University degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering preferred or equivalent education and work experience,
- Min. 5 years direct experience in manufacturing field with extensive quality system knowledge,
- Hours like in the contract with overtime as required, i.emeeting customer deadlines. Travel to local suppliers and other facilities may be needed,
- Must possess advanced statistical (SPC) skills; advanced product quality planning (APQP), process flow charts, failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), control plans, gauge repeatability (MSA), PPAP and reproducibility studies and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standard knowledge,
- Basic mechanical aptitude for problem solving. Must be able to organize multiple tastes to meet established deadlines and have good computer skills,
- Must be capable of assessing QMS problems correctly and initiate appropriate corrective actions,
- Must be very good at working knowledge of Microsoft Software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
