- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of quality concepts and principles based on ISO9001/IATF16949

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor quality performance by following daily/weekly production quality performance outputs, quality alerts and their actions.
- Develops reporting tools and distribution of quality targets and performance, informing operators and all responsibles within the other production units.
- Give necessary trainings to the operators in terms in production & quality perspective.
- Generate process documentation for production process for operations & quality.
- Leads the implementation of the statistical process control tool within the production unit. It provides periodic reporting.
- Support process control and process development, specifically in the areas of quality and equipment capability.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement and cost reduction programs.
- Optimize process flow and line efficiency by designing or improving tools, jigs, stations, work methods and ergonomics using the 5S methodology.
- Supporting necessary preparations for customer and internal/external quality audits and following the actions.
- Being part of problem solving team for non-conformities occured in the process or at customer. Supports and monitors the planning of corrective/preventive/systematic actions to prevent recurrence of errors.
- Follow the adherence of the layered audit plans and tracking the open items from the audits.
