We are looking for enthusiastic and talented engineers to join us as “Production Engineer” within Production Department. The role is based in Menemen, İzmir.
What will be your contributions:
- Develop and implement optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards
- Recommend and implement improvements to production processes, methods and controls
- Lead operations team in meeting operational objectives (Cost, Delivery, Safety, Quality)
- Confer with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes
What will be decisive:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, and etc.
- Fluent At least 2 years experience as an Production Engineer
- Fluent reading, writing and speaking in English
- Computer proficiency, especially MS Excel
- Quality orientation and high attention to detail
- High EHS and Quality awareness
- Ability to organize and manage multiple products through manufacturing process
- Ability to work with vendors, customers, and employees
- Ability to work by 6 months temporary shift term
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to maintain safe work environment
- Ability to perform problem analysis and problem resolution
- No travel restrictions
- Exempt from military for male candidates
