We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented engineer to join us as a “Senior Field Service Sales Engineer” with in Field Service Sales Department. The role is based in Sasalı, İzmir.

What will be decisive:

  • 5 years of experience in a commercial/customer oriented position in international industrial or customer service businesses (preferred: service suppliers to the energy sector)
  • BS or MS in engineering, business administration or equivalent, preferably combined relevant technical background
  • Ability to resolve conflicts; involving internal and external parties, negotiation, conflict handling and stakeholder understanding
  • Ability to enhance customer satisfaction; Whenever possible you establish and develop successful relations with customers
  • Understand our market drivers; the needs of our customers and perform excellent customer communication
  • Know the value chain and key processes
  • Ability to select/retain/develop leaders/customer service managers and build the function
  • Negotiation experience at executive management level (resolve dispute relative to service and warranty-cases)
  • Mastering relationship building (i.e. to head of asset mgt. by key accounts)
  • Specialized in reviewing and assessing contractual proposals in accordance to operations
  • Read, understand and communicate site performance measures on a very detailed level, i.e. availability and yield
  • Ability to understand the customer’s needs and translate it into a win-win contractual setting
  • Account Management: ability to challenge and influence the needs of our customers and build, maintain and develop the account relationship.

What will be your contributions:

  • Establish the cost base and specifications for sales.
  • Provide Sales with the support needed in the team selling approach.
  • Alignment of Sales Team towards Priority customers. Secure right priorities.
  • To the extend execution responsibility of after market sales is delegated to Technical Sales Management:
  • Secure world class customer relationship, leading to increased customer satisfaction and renewal of service contracts
  • Support and secure that the Service organization respond to customers’ needs and capture sales opportunities across the Sales Management function.
  • Support the Sales Management function with renewal of Contracts.
  • Selling extended contracts, take on T&M, training and other after market sales to the extend it is not performed by Sales Management within a Region.
