QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for IT System Specialist who will be part of our Infrastructure Team.
This position will be responsible for all network and system room equipments’ administration and maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Administration and maintenance of;Windows based servers and services (Server Installation, Management and Maintenance), Virtual server infrastructure (Management and Maintenance ofVMware), Backup Architecture Management (Design, implement and test strategies) (Veeam Backup & Replication), Fail-over Architecture,Domain Controller, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP etc. Management, Firewall Management & VPN Configurations (Palo Alto),Implementing, Monitoring and Maintaining VOIP, VC, CCTV systems.
- Performs troubleshooting, incidents for hardware related systems
- Implementing change management processes and user requests on systems
- Evaluate opportunities to migrate workload from on-premise solutions to public cloud services.
- Researches, suggestions and implements new solutions, features, and improvements
- Network Management, Router, Switch and AP configurations
- Installed and Maintained Secured Network infrastructure by implementing Layer 3 Switching technology to create VLAN for segmentation of network traffic, including configuration of all rules, access and VLANs.
- Responsible for Network Service delivery for all Turkey bound projects.
- Implementation of ISO27001 standards
- End user - Device management & Configuration.
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Remote Management of Cluster Offices including On-Site Support, excluding Network Management
- Asset Management – Follow-up & Implementation
- Knowledge on Security Platforms – Cyber Security – Network Security
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering,
- At least 4 years of team management experience (preferred)
- Analysis & understand the new project requirement and make sure to deliver the requirement from end to end.
- Coordinating with local service provider fixing the internet issues.Experience and knowledge of Cloud Architecture is preferred
- Perform root cause analysis for network outages
- Produce the necessary reports and statistics to control the team productivity.
- Global IT team collaboration experience is strongly preferable
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have good work ethic and enthusiasm for self-improvement & learning,
- Perfect written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to travel abroad
- No military service obligation
Certifications (preferably)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
