- Technical skills in O365, AD, deploying and supporting Microsoft Solutions
- Demonstrated ability to think and work systematically
- Superior knowledge of Office 365 and SharePoint
- Worked with Exchange environment
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft platform technologies
- Very good knowledge of Networking
- Superior knowledge of AD
- Good knowledge of SCCM and SCOM
- Clear and concise oral and written communication
- Results oriented / self-directed ability to drive change in unstructured environment
- Good internal client interface and presentation skills
- Customer oriented attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Project planning/management
- Knowledge of Social Collaboration tools
- Experience working with external vendors and consultants
- Hands on in Group Policy Management
- Good knowledge of cloud server management (particularly Azure)
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT arena, deploying Microsoft Solutions projects
- Fluent in English language
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Contribute to the Microsoft Solutions strategy in cooperation with IT Productivity Solutions Manager and Head of I&O
- Provide support to manage Network, LAN/WAN and help in related issues technical & security issues
- Cooperate on the selection of the priority of projects implementation
- Manage the support on Microsoft Solution
- Ensures accurate development and traceability of requirements during project lifecycle.
- Manages appropriate onshore, offshore and near shore workforces.
- Accountable for joining multiple projects or work streams.
- Mobilizes local resources to provide support
- Provide support in Help Desk
