QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical -Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering,

• Master’s Degree is a plus,

• Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),

• Preferably experienced or junior (experienced candidates in related area will be prioritized),

• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,

• Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge,

• Preferably have knowledge in 3D mechanical modeling programs (Solidworks v.b.),

• Be able to take the initiative and make decisions in critical situations,

• Be able to fit flexible working hours

• Capable of analytical thinking and analysis

• Completed military service for male candidates,

• Open to innovation and development,

• Residents of Manisa or Izmir will be able to


JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensuring effective management of postmasters and technicians working in the Process Technologies department

• To carry out process studies in accordance with the objectives of the Department KPI

• To provide technical training of technicians by receiving training of devices used in the production process

• The use of technical materials used in production (pallet, stencil, fixture, etc.) to provide its supply from companies by designing

• Reporting on projects by participating in the DFM group, ensuring coordination with

R & D

• To apply the acceptance criteria at the factory by learning the IPC rules applicable to the production of electronic cards

• IATF16949 Making automotive production documentation reports

• Analyzing process-related failures by applying FA analysis in detail and using equipment when necessary

• To carry out kaizen activities related to the process at the production site within the scope of VEPS


Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
