QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with Master’s Degree of Industrial Engineering,
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Production/Lean Management Engineer,
- Excellent command of written and verbal English ,
- Experience in working with the understanding of: Kaizen , 5S, Autonomous Maintenance, SMED, Lean-6 Sigma,
- Critical observation skills, analytical skills, decision-making and management skills in critical conditions,
- Good communication skills and team member,
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
- Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge,
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment,
- Will be able to reside in Izmir or Manisa,
- Drive culture of lean for the among service organization in order to help improve operational effectiveness and achievement of organizational goals defined by KPIs
- Apply specific tools and techniques of Lean Methodology (i.e. Visual Management, KPI, Kaizen, 5S, AM/PM, SMED, VSM etc.) during Workshops with operational teams in order to identify wastes and process improvements
- Knowledge of tools and systems like production monitoring, OEE, loss analysis and cost savings reporting
- Coordination of process improvements implementation
- Developing and tracking/reporting project results and provide feedback to the management
- Delivery of trainings of Lean Methodology to all level employees
- Actively support other lean initiatives/projects run in the organization with the lean knowledge and potential solutions
