QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Electronics or Electronics and Communications Engineering,
- Master’s Degree is a plus,
- Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
- Preferably experienced or junior (experienced candidates in related area will be prioritized),
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
- Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge,
- Able to reside in Manisa/İzmir region.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Demonstrate an understanding of physical and environmental requirements utilizing this knowledge to make engineering decisions on wire harness composition/layout and routing for white goods,
- Create 2D part drawings of wire harness for prototype and production stages,
- Confirm and support wire harness parts and routing at prototype stage to ensure design and functionality is met,
- Manage component qualification and selection activities such as cables, sensors, capacitors, lighting equipment, switches etc. which are used on white goods,
- Work with schematic and mechanical team to develop harness portioning based on best practices and to ease general assembly process,
- Interface with Electrical Component Engineers to confirm and modify wire designs and connection points to meet both internal and external customer requirements,
- Work with supplier change management and implementation process,
- Prepare technical data and documentation related for reporting in meetings and design reviews,
- Additional duties as assigned.
Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
