QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. is a plus),
- Excellent command of written and verbal English,
- Preferably experienced or junior (experienced candidates in related area will be prioritized),
- Able to reside in Manisa/İzmir region,
- Ability to project manage,
- Having self-confidence,
- Being a team player,
- Having strong communication skills,
- Having sense of responsibility and work discipline,
- Being open to learning and innovations,
- Knowledge of electromechanical components testing systems and tools is a plus,
- Experience and knowledge in component development with external suppliers is a plus,
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Cooperative electromechanical component development, verification and approval studies with foreign suppliers such as:BLDC/PMSM motor, universal motor, synchronous drain and circulation pumps, door locks, solenoid valves, asynchronous fan motors, pressure sensors, temperature sensors etc.,
- Defining new electromechanical componentsspecifications based on WM Project needs,
- Designing verification and approval process of washing machine electromechanicalcomponents,
- Testing and approval of washing machine electromechanical components according to Vestel specifications and IEC/EN standards,
- Cooperation with cross-functional departments as purchasing, production, quality, customer support and planning departments to ensure the new electromechanical components project phases from sampling, verification tests, life tests to transition to serial production,
- Analyzing competitors products and conducting benchmark in terms of job description,
- Creating technical record documentations including 2D part drawings, design logs, design reviews and part definitions etc.,
- Eager to be a part of a team and understanding emotions of other people.
