Qualifications
- University degree in Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer
- Fluent English level
- Minimum 5 years experience Industrialization / Methods related positions

The main responsibilities of this position are to;
- Define maintain a referential operating time based on measurement tools adapted (MTM-UAS, Video Analysis)
- Guarantee the performance of industrial processes (DT, OEE, TTP)
- Implement adaptation on the processes and manufacturing workstation for existing products by improving the industrial performance, in a manual process, automatic process PLC (Programmable Logic Control) using SPS (Schneider Performance System) techniques and tools.
- Involved in the specifications and quotation of new line architectures and industrial scenarios in order to meet Safety/Quality/Lead Times and productivity requirements.
- Ensure the deployment of SPS principles and implements Lean/ 6 Sigma tools.
- Manage the capacities vs workload balance with the dedicated tools (iQ simulation, CAMA, CORIM, Bridge) in internal and external lines.
- Optimize Lead Times and assure capacity of the lines.
- Guide the choice of designers by providing industrial and logistical requirements.
- Realize industrial instructions and procedures. Ensure training and support to manufacturing workers.
- Involved in the introduction and industrialization of new products processes.
- Study the feasibility and profitability of investments adapted to the needs.
- Qualifies means and processes, in-plant but also at supplier location.
- Pilots' new productions ramp up.
- Participates actively in PFMEA, MFMEA and is responsible for ensuring that process robustness continuously replies to the needs of quality.
- Manage in the ERP the updating of material, BOMs routings when modifications are required.
- Manage in the ad-hoc system the updating of the organizational structure of the shopfloor (production line, work centers, storage locations) when modifications are required.
- Drive digital transformation in the plant by being the key user of one or more manufacturing digital tools (MES, IIoT, AGV, AR, Cobot, RPA)
