Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering)
- Advanced in English
- Experience & Trained in Lean Manufacturing Tools & Techniques
- Self initiator, eager to learn and self developer
- Lead & Coach improvement activities
- Moderating workshops & Training associates
- Willing to travel
Job Description
- Establishing Lean mindset throughout the plant,
- Implementation and deployment of SPPS - Standard Profil Production System. Organizing and coordinating roadmap, driven activities, Ensuring cooperation and coordination between departments, functions and processes,
- Spreading the lean vision in organization and ensuring associates’ involvement,
- Establishing Production System infrastructure. Defining and conducting trainings for all associates in order to creating lean culture, defining Production System tools and techniques and prioritizing according to business objectives,
- Mentoring and coaching lean leaders in application,
- Monitoring and reporting the progress of implementation and all activities,
- Creating solutions for issues that might prevent the success of the activities and support project leaders in eliminating the barriers,
- Best practices sharing and deploying.
