QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering,
• Master’s Degree is a plus,
• Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
• 3 years of continuous improvement and production environment experience,
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
• Communication, motivation and listening skills as well as idea leadership, facilitation skills
• Preferred Digital Knowledge and experience in digital deployment,
• Result oriented, Works with speed to translate strategy into measurable and achieve results,
• Preferred knowledge of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and result oriented
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Ensuring that lean operations are maintained at all Vestel Electronics factories,
• Implementing VEPS requirements in production lines and ensuring that the company adopts the lean culture,
• Responsible to prepare and follow up downtime, unplanned downtime, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), Top 10 costs, True Efficiency reports
• Improving the productivity of each department by developing the equipment or creating a new standardize maintenance method
• Maintain safe, secure work environment by following VEPS standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
• Presenting and teaching lean practices, continuous improvement tools, VEPS committees and activities to all employees
• Ensuring that lean production and management tools (Kaizen, 5S, Muri Mura Muda, Problem Solving Techniques, Visual Factory, SMED, Value Stream Analysis, Poka Yoke, etc.) are effectively applied and dissaminated throughout all factories in order to increase operational efficiency,
• Reviewing and evaluating processes to ensure compliance and supporting development in the areas of quality, cost and efficiency,
• Spreading kaizen events, improvement projects and strategic projects
• Managing non-value-added activity analysis and planning actions aimed at eliminating the identifed losses
• Track and improve maintenance KPIs, realize Plant Maintenance (PM) activities on time.
• Manage to optimize maintenance costs including spare parts inventory .
• Organizing the existing processes in line with the company's digitalization goals,
• Use online tools to research industry & technology trends, business, commercial & operating models.
• Demonstrate applicability of digital to provide solutions to improve our processes/ project outcomes/ roadmap design
Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
