QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Döktaş Dökümcülük is a leading company in Turkey specialized in manufacturing of pig, ductile and aluminium castings supplied to automotive, heavy commercial vehicles, construction and agricultural machinery industry. Döktaş which has three plants and 2500 employees in Turkey was acquired by Güriş Holding in July 2018.
We are looking for “Sales Support Engineer” with the following features to work together in our production facilities located in Wheel Plant in Manisa.
· University degree in Metallurgical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
· At least 3 years of experience in sales (preferably in wheel)
· Good command of English both written & spoken, preferably in German
· Good knowledge of MS Office Applications and SAP SD module
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Good communication skills
· Systematic and results-oriented
· Strong negotiation ability
· Ability to work under pressure during peak periods and respecting the deadlines
· No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Recording sales orders with details, distribution of orders and operating sales orders
· Follow up customer orders, production process and product shipment
· Respond to customers’ modification requests, follow up and organizing the process.
· Communicate with manufacturing locations for queries regarding lead-time, specials, etc.
· Provide after-sales service to customers.
· Updating, recording prices
· Providing data, internal, external periodic / non-periodic reporting
