We are looking “Quality Engineer" for our company that has located at Manisa/Turkey.
Responsibility
- Responsible for product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process
- Ensures that all Food Safety standards and PRPs (Pre requisites’ Program) are implemented
- Measuring and reporting of incoming goods, process and products performances
- Supporting of audits and following up of corrective and preventive actions
- Responsible for performing sanitation verification testing on equipment and other areas required
- Ensures employees are following all Food Safety and worker safety practices
- Ensures and educates employees on food safety standards
- Follow up the customer complaints with corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare the product specifications related with raw materials and finished goods by using SAP system
- Following legislations and keeping company update
- Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
Competence
- Degree in food engineering.
- Min 3 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.
- AIB, BRC, IFS, FSSC 22000 knowledge is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Results focused mindset; ability to efficiently prioritize and drive for performance
- Demonstrates a "can-do" spirit, a sense of optimism, ownership, and commitment
