QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Döktaş Dökümcülük is a leading company in Turkey specialized in manufacturing of pig, ductile and aluminium castings supplied to automotive, heavy commercial vehicles, construction and agricultural machinery industry. Döktaş which has three plants and 2500 employees in Turkey was acquired by Güriş Holding in July 2018.
For our growing team, we are looking for a“Purchasing Engineer ” with the following features to work together in our purchasing facilities located in Manisa.
· University degree in Engineering faculty from reputable universities
· At least 3 years experience in technical purchasing activities preferably in automotive industry
· Good communication skills
· Systematic and results-oriented
· Strong negotiation ability
· Good command of English both written & spoken
· Good knowledge of MS Office Applications, preferably knowledge of SAP
· No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Supplying semi-finished materials, technical materials and spare parts (Local and foreign purchasing)
· Searching & introducing alternative suppliers
· Cost analysis and reporting of products
· Performing the cost reduction projects
· Managing contract processes with suppliers
· Preparation of monthly and annual reports
