QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)
• Excellent command of written and verbal English
• High level user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programs
• Having NETSIS experience is a plus
• High communication, problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Result-oriented

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Purchasing materials according to the MRP reports following 6 principles of purchasing (right quality, right quantity, right time, right source, right price, right place)
• Following up purchase orders, inform planning team accordingly and taking necessary actions for urgent/postponed orders
• Reporting a supply-chain plan to ensure timely delivery of materials for new projects
• Searching for alternative suppliers and alternative materials
• Managing and improving relationships with suppliers
