QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking to actively shape the future at our location in Izmir, in Operations Department having the following qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS
- BS or MSc degree from the relevant departments of universities
- Minimum 3 year experiences in related department,
- Proficient knowledge of English, can work and communicate in international environment,
- Customer oriented, technical interest in mechanical processes required,
- Good knowledge level of Technical Drawings to understand and analyze customer requirements
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office,
- Interested in lean systems and process improvement methodologies
- SAP knowledge is a Plus
- Good communication skills, well-organized, good in crisis management, attentive, dynamic,
- Researcher, result-oriented, analytical thinking,
- Being able to live in İzmir,
- Able to travel when needed
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Taking a bridge role between the shopfloor and the design department of customer to satisfy technical requirements
- Preparing and updating production process flow charts,
- Checking technical drawings according to the changes and drawing release control,
- Planning and commissioning of production-specific manufacturing equipment,
- Supporting serial production in terms of modification, optimization, changes, repairs, rework and complaints in close coordination with the matters,
- Creating work routers in ERP (SAP), creating product trees according to technical requirements of drawing sets (BOM) belonging to the product group for which they are responsible and carrying out routing processes completely
- Preparation of repair (REPA) and creation of work orders in the relevant ERP system and follow-up in production
- Being a part of process improvement activities and supporting lean projects,
- Carrying out studies that will increase the efficiency of production by using problem solving techniques in Continuous Improvement Projects, with the relevant departments.
