QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Warranty Engineer candidate to work at Mecalac Izmir Facility in Aegean Free Zone.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, Mechanical Engineering,
- Analyze customer warranty for responsibility, reason, cost and resolution,
- Approve warranty invoices and claims, as authorized based on findings and communicate these to our dealers,
- As required, communicate acceptance to our dealers,
- Publish an executive monthly warranty report by dealer, including trend, pareto analysis for top field failures,
- Complete detailed warranty analysis on specific field failures as required,
- Attend dealer warranty meetings as required,
- Shedule monthly corporate warranty meetings and develop warranty presentation,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required,
- Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Job Description
- Responsible for reviewing and analyzing customer warranties for failure mode and responsiblity,
- Communicate trends and lead improvement teams,
- Process claims for payment and communicate data trends to the Mecalac organization for continual improvement.
