GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for a “M&A and Strategy Specialist” to join Vestel Group.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a reputable engineering (preferable industrial) or a business school
  • 3+ year experience at a strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity or corporate finance firm
  • Demonstrated analytical, business planning and problem solving skills
  • Good understanding of financial modelling
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiar with project based working structure, ability to deliver multiple priorities in line with project time plan
  • Advanced excel and power point knowledge
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Capability to work in the deal environment across different industry sectors.
  • Ability to meet tough deadlines
  • Creative, “big picture” thinking while maintaining keen attention to detail
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • Candidates who are preferably residing in Manisa, İzmir or wishing to reside in one of these cities.

Job Description:

  • Supporting overall strategic planning, business development and M&A activities
  • Performing market research studies to identify new business opportunities
  • Monitoring industry peers and competitors and doing benchmarking analysis
  • Supporting valuation and feasibility studies, preparation of financial models
  • Participating in ad hoc projects and financial analysis to support key business decisions
  • Supporting strategic planning processes of the group companies
  • Preparation of portfolio management reports
  • Participation at due-diligence projects with end to end responsibility on independent work streams
  • Use qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques and robust problem-solving approaches to distill research into actionable and compelling conclusions

Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
