QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Management Engineering,
- Master’s Degree is a plus,
- Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
- Minimum 3 years experiences in business/commercial controlling or strategic consulting- demonstrated abilities in developing strategy at large multinational corporations, preferably in various geographies,
- Excellent communication skills to work across multiple levels, functions and regions,
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects & to meet strict deadlines,
- Strong commercial aspects, excellent analytical skills,
- Willingness or ability to travel abroad on a regular basis.
Job Description:
Working as a Business Controller in CEO Office;
- Controlling and developing regular reporting of costs and performance KPIs related to sales, operation and supply chain of Vestel and its subsidiaries,
- Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI),
- Establishing and maintaining reports monthly and quarterly to the top management
- Monitoring budgets compared to the actuals and drive yearly/quarterly budgeting process (OPEX and performance KPIs)
- Following up month-end closing of accounts, identifying issues, comparing with year-ago results and projections including forecasting activities,
- Reviewing all financial operating process and analyze results,
- Preparing internal, controlling and accounting related reports
- Analyzing business processes and developing cost saving controls,
- Driving projects and managing delivery of analyses/reports/presentations with regards to business planning, mid-long term strategy and strategic projects,
- Supporting the top management to ensure timely completion of key project milestone,
- Cooperating daily with Senior Management to ensure that productivity targets are set up to achieve the success.
