QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced "Head of Finance & Controlling" for our plant in Izmir/Turkey.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from related departments of universities
- Master’s degree is a plus
- At least 10 years of experience in Financial Affairs
- Fluent in English
- Experienced in SAP and IFRS
- Problem solver with strong coordination and multi-tasking skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare reporting package, analysis data and management information to support decision makers; and support the stability & optimization of the organization’s profitability
- Create and implement the financial strategy; define annual budget plan, annual target settings and business plans as well as analyze deviations and revise with forecasts
- Lead the Finance & Controlling teams; review, analyze and monitor operating results in relation to costs, budgets and operating policies and prepare suggestions for corrective actions & improvements
- Implement, direct and control general accounting functions as well as liaise with internal & external auditors and professional advisors
- Ensure the adherence to compliance policies, ZF group procedures & policies, IFRS, local GAAP & tax law; and ensure the quality of internal processes in order to avoid any risks related to possible legal impact
- Actively convey information with regard to compliance rules and ensure the implementation of these rules in the company
- Manage cash flow including cash pooling and optimize working capital
