Your contribution to the team includes;
Production Engineering, deals with planning, developing, implementing and managing various processes to produce high-quality products.
Purpose of this role, carrying out infrastructure studies of production processes and supporting by problem-solving techniques. You will assist to production manager about follow up performance matrix, monthly reporting, and will be responsible for different projects.
One of the critical parts of your role is to estimate and prepare the production budget and following on monthly results.
Other important missions;
Planning & follow up calibration processes based on equipment to understand and deal with the everyday problems faced.
Providing periodical performance report to production manager and technical support to production in maintaining and improving process values
Updating and preparing all standards and special work instructions, performing internal audits (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 27001:2005), reach departmental objectives for productivity, engineering and quality; training/development of the plant production personnel, evaluate blue-collar performance and managing a blue-collar team of 100 operators (test technicians, welding specialists, assembly operators), educating suppliers with Supplier Development Project (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, SMED, Poka-Yoke, Kanban, VSM, Line Balancing training) are other important steps of your role.
What you’ll need to be successful?
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical etc.)
2-3 years’ experience in related function
Experienced in lean manufacturing
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
Good communicator with the company (blue/white collars) as well with international players
Collaborative, pro-active
