QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering,
- Having experience in Lean Manufacturing techniques,
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems,
- Having experience in efficiency and cost improvement
- Preferably knowledge of NX, AutoCAD, Embedded Programming, C#,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Having experince in maintenance of automated production lines is a plus,
- Having experience in 6 sigma projects and analysis software’s(6 Sigma Belt is a plus),
- Following and adopting the market trends and New Technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,

The position is located in Ankara.
How will you foster the change?
We are looking for an Engineer - Production who will join our team at Dishwasher Plant.
- Being responsible for tub production lines targets fulfilment such as production quantity, quality indicators and scrap ratios,
- Being responsible for implementation of new products or production system projects in tub production lines,
- Defining and solving production and quality problems in short and long term using 6 sigma and other tools,
- Planning the optimum utilization of company all labor sources,
- Developing ideas and to lead creative production, tub storage systems and data management related projects,
- Optimizing process and material flow with quaility,
- Supporting optimization projects, using simulation software,
- Preparing advanced reports
