GENEL NİTELİKLER
- Leading all manufacturing processes on Engine and TLB manufacturing and machining processes
- Improve machining, assembly and test processes on Engine and TLB lines for continous improvement methodology
- Creating and leading cost saving and improvement projects on assembly/machining lines to improve safety, cost, quality and efficiency
- Planning and realization of WCM activities (WO, Safety, AM and QCS) on manufacturing lines
- Following consumable budget and creating saving projects
- Following new product launch activities
- Capacity analysis of assembly/machining lines for conformity to general production plan
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from the Department of Mechanical Engineering
- Min. 2 years of production and process experience in assembly/machining operations
- Knowledge on assembly methods and tools
- Knowledge on machining processes; programming, cutting tool etc.
- Experience in WCM (World Class Manufacturing)/Lean Manufacturing activities is preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Interested and eager to learn, competency in problem solving
- Good team working and project management skills
