QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
YOUR ROLE
- Executes engineering processes ensuring that quality products are delivered on-time at competitive cost
- Liaises with other stakeholders in order to provide professional support and advice
- Strives for improvements and efficiencies in Engineering area
- Monitors KPIs for engineering processes
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelors degree in Chemical, Electrical/Electronical, Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in production field
- Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean and/or TPM activities is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and reporting skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Self-motivated and result oriented
