Qualifications
- University Degree at Chemical Engineer
- Min. 3 years of experience in production.
- Computer literacy is essential
- Familiar with SAP
- Good command of written and spoken in English and in Turkish, German is an asset.
- Complete military services for male candidates

Job Description
- Support Production Manager to maintain production protocols & team management
- Provide back up for the production supervisor
- Responsible for operator development process by training in production related areas
- Diagnose origin of repeated production losses by root cause analysis (quality, mechanical, process, etc.)
- Daily follow up the production tasks & KPIs
- Monitors production to ensure customer requirements are met
- Responsible for ensuring that all production related targets are met
- Determines needed requirements in order to maximize the productivity of assets & employees
- Carry out all SAP related changes (BOM, alternative capacity, etc.) and key user for PP modüle
