QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Graduated from engineering departments of universities (Mechanical, Electrical, Electric-Electronics)
- At least 5 years of experience in the field
- Experienced in team management
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Capable of problem solving
- MS Office and AutoDesk etc. have knowledge of use
- Excellent command of English both spoken and written
- Inclined to teamwork, successful and responsible in human relations
- Completed military service for male candidates
- Reside in Istanbul Anatolian Side or Kocaeli / Gebze region
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To follow and improve factory investment management standards
- Systematically ensuring that investments are made within the budget, properly, in compliance with the rules and in quality that meets the standards.
- Carrying out budget studies by taking an active role in change management processes for new demands.
- To follow up the Quality Management and related documentation of the investments completely
- To follow the project management standards related to investment items and to perform the reports
- Taking an active role in the budget request and approval processes
- Taking an active role in technical specifications and purchasing processes
- To identify development opportunities related to investments, to make recommendations
- Managing the coordination and work plan with the maintenance team
- To ensure the development of the team on technical and non-technical issues
