As Tiryaki Holding, we are looking for an ERP Systems Business Analysis Specialist for our ERP project, which we went live within the scope of digitalization. This individual who will join our team will meet the Microsoft product D365 ERP system, will take an active role in the implementation of processes such as Finance and Accounting modules in the ERP system and in the use of live support in global projects.
Qualifications:
- To have analytical thinking skill,
- Solution oriented,
- Team player,
- Open to change and development,
- Good command of English; have fluency in speaking and writing,
- Residing / able to reside in Istanbul,
- Preferably experience in Finance and Accounting modules,
- Preferably experience in Dynamics 365F&O ERP projects,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- Able to adapt to flexible working hours and intense working tempo,
- No travel restrictions,
- Completed military service for male candidates,

Role and Responsibilities include:
- Taking part as a ERP Finance Consultant role in D365 ERP implementations,
- Analyzing the Financial needs of the Holding Company and creating the system design,
- Gathering user needs and demands and forward them to the relevant units,
- Ensuring that consultancy activities are carried out in accordance with the project plan,
- Conducting adaptation studies in D365 Microsoft ERP implementation,
- Performing configuration setups and functional tests,
- Supporting the project in travels,
- Supporting modules that are live,
- Training end users,
- Solving ERP usage problems,
