ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Responsible for coordination of essential paperwork related to specific product or line of products
  • Responsible for preparing appropriate meeting materials
  • Responsible for coordination of all essential administrative product-related activities
  • Responsible for oversight of routings.
  • Assist in planning marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Maintain marketing database.
  • Design and field market research projects as appropriate.
  • Assist in the design and development of market research programs using appropriate primary and secondary methods and sources.
  • May write preliminary guides, be present during interviews and facilitate review process.
  • Prepare vendor contracts with some supervision.
  • To manage and coordinate the activities related to congresses in order to guarantee scientific updated of healthcare professionals and ensure the compliance requirements
  • To daily deal with different typologies of congresses (local, national, international, stand-alone events), supporting the Baxter business units in logistic and strategic aspects.
  • To work with the majority of the company roles (marketing, sales, regulatory, compliance, finance, medical affairs).
  • To handle every step of a congress, from the agency selection and the proposal evaluation to the final balance analysis, passing through ministerial submission, logistic organization and the attendance to the congress itself.
  • Manage all Ethics & Compliance activities


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in business, pharmacy, medical, bioscience, natural sciences engineering, or medicine.
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative team player.
  • Writing/editing/proofreading as well as project management skills.
  • Strong facilitation and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Solid business acumen and project management.
  • Strategic long term thinking mindset with ability to conceptualize, yet still having the ability to implement and execute
