JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Manages product promotional meetings.
• Responsible for HCP contracts (speaker agreements) and honoraria processes; follow-ups, prepares and provides weekly payment & status reports to BUs.
• Initiates all the interact forms, responsible for interact process errors and system development, weekly interact reports.
• Consults the Field Force, internal BU clients as well as the vendors on processes, on procedures and Ministry of Health rules & liabilities.
• Ensures events’ regulation processes and global policies are followed at the local market level.
• Maintains the event archive, collects and stores appropriate documentations for all Meetings & Events activities and events.
• Tracks the payments and the invoice circulation, works closely with the account payable department concerning the payments
• Organizes Meetings & Events core meetings, takes notes and tracks action items.
• Submits Purchase Orders.
• Prepares quarterly Metric Reports.
• Provides project management assistance when necessary.
• Coordinates travel arrangements and supports colleague (internal) meeting function.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Good command of written & spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Flexibility, team work and a collaborative mind set are essential.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize and work independently.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with high result-orientation.
