The P97 mission is to empower people and organizations everywhere to explore, navigate, and connect in the hyper local market. We contribute ecommerce platforms for people, enterprise solutions for organizations, opportunities for the young entrepreneurs via Angel Funding and Venture Capital for existing business, and advertising for local businesses in the United States. Platform97 privately holds next generation e-commerce platforms in various sectors such as the florist and insurance industries. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Business Administrator to support our growing team.
This role supports the Founder and requires excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate and collaborate with individuals at multiple levels within Platform97. This role requires the ability to work successfully under pressure in a fast-paced team environment. Prioritizing work, establishing effective relationships, and accommodating diverse work styles are essential to succeed in this role. Candidates must have a strong aptitude for problem solving, high attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage complex calendars across multiple time zones
- Partner closely with engineering, digital marketing and their broader organization
- Collaborate with the Founder to execute the Day to Day Operations and people processes including Business Reviews, Leadership Meetings, All Hands, etc.
- Develop and maintain strategic working relationships with key business stakeholders/leaders across the organization to develop an understanding of critical business needs and enabling appropriate decisions
- Develop and maintain business plan, monthly and yearly, to achieve financial goals
- Representing P97 to professional organizations, community and groups
- Preparing Expenses Reports
- Preparing Financial Auditing reports
- Coordinate morale and other required events
- Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, trip preparation, and expense reporting
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once, including problem solving independently and exercising good judgment and following through on issues in a timely manner
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and written communication skills, as well as great attention to detail and high accountability
- Ability to work effectively under shifting priorities and relatively ambiguous and complex situations
- High level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate space planning for Founder and team
- Marketing oversight, reporting, and auditing
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in supporting a senior executive or substantial business experience.
- BA/BS or Masters degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of corporate organization, departmental business practices, and tools are strongly preferred
- Displays knowledge of digital communication methods and best practices.
- Knowledge of market research and related techniques
- Ability to select and/or create content for different kinds of marketing campaigns
- Displays critical thinking skills to synthesize digital marketing data and identify insights.
- Present updates to management on traffic and conversion metrics and make recommendations for channel strategy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of Google Applications
- Previous employment in Customer Experience Management
- Experience in economics or accounting is a plus.
- A legal background such as law school education is a plus.
- Overtime may be required
