Assists in coordinating/Administrative supporting all management activities within departments in conducting research and reporting on matters impacting the entire department, and in addressing complex/difficult department and administrative problems.
Proactively addressing issues or concerns brought to the Director’s attention by attending and participating in meetings as support to the CEO.
Handling sensitive and/or confidential issues on a department wide basis and preparing sensitive and/or confidential recommendations and documents.
Developing complex administrative reports; reviewing department/division proposals and recommendations.
