About Us
We’re building The Next Big FoodTech Startup that offers a Meal Subscription Service – in other words, an Internet Restaurant Chain that works on a subscription basis.
The Role
Unlike typical FoodTech startups, we will be producing the food ourselves, so we need a terrific Executive Chef to Lead the Kitchen Team, the core of the company, which has the single purpose of delivering outstanding products to delight our customers! To achieve this purpose, we will need to constantly innovate and create delicious products, while ensuring consistent quality and optimizing costs. As Executive Chef, your purpose will be building these capabilities of the organization.
To attain this goal, you will
- Create Magnificent Recipes in collaboration with the Product Development Team
- Lead the Talented Kitchen Team which will produce these recipes
Since we are just starting to build our company, if you join us, you will have the opportunity to build a kitchen from the ground up by
- Recruiting a Team of exceptionally talented Chefs,
- Training the Team to help them become even greater Chefs,
- Selecting the right Kitchen Equipment,
- Establishing Policies so we can adhere to our desired Quality Standards
You

- 7+ years of experience at 5-Star Hotels as an Executive or Sous Chef

- 30.000 TL net Salary per month
- Company Car (Volkswagen Passat)
- 30.000 TL Relocation Bonus for candidates outside of Istanbul
