QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a colleague to be employed as Executive Chef at Lazzoni Hotel.
- 5 star hotel experience preferred
- Passionate for hospitality industry and focused to build a carrier with brand new local chain
- Oversees the culinary team such as Main kitchen, A La Carte kitchen, Room Service and Banquets
- Responsible of creation and implantation of outlet menus and food costs
- Reports to GM
- We are looking for a chef experience at international cuisine especially expert at Turkish Cuisine
- Min two years experience in 5 star hotels as an Executive Chef (International experience preferred)
- English communication skills
- Advance MC user and strong office software computer skills
- Able to create presentations and statistics for department
- Strong organization, planning and communication skills, excellent pronunciation
- Ability in following up daily and long term plans
- Result oriented, strong communication skills
- Creative and able to follow job literature, news and applications
- No military obligation or postponed for 2 years for male candidate
- Residing in European site of Istanbul (preferred)
- Analyses sales and tracking the departmental costs and profit margins
- Leader model for the team
- Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional guest services experience
- Attends and arrange trainings as required terms
- Follow-up daily events and managing the manning for efficient staff planning & excellent service standards.
