We are looking for an Expatriate Payroll Expert to join the Global Mobility Tax or Immigration Services Business of Vialto Partners.
Depending on the start date, the hired employee will be hired to PwC Turkey first and transferred to Vialto Partners who is the new owner of Global Mobility Tax and Immigration Services Business of PwC Turkey.
Qualifications:

• Graduation from reputable Universities
• Experienced in expat management
• Human Resources knowledge would be an asset
• 2-3 years of experience in HR payroll or Expat payroll
• Delta Software knowledge is preferred
• Good at acquiring and leveraging knowledge; researcher
• Strong analytical thinking skills; data-savvy
• Good team player & coherent personality
• Leading yourself & self-motivated candidates
• Very good command of written and spoken English
• Being able to work under strict deadlines
• Quality and result oriented with a strong attention to detail
• Immediate availability to start
Job Description:
As Global Mobility Practice, we assist clients about providing consultancy and compliance matters of their globally mobile employees, including tax, expat payroll, immigration permits of such employees.
You’ll deliver the experience for your clients and colleagues by understanding the client needs and policies, building relationships and creating the value; our brand promise.
• Making research on income tax and immigration permits, and providing consultancy
• Day to day contact with foreign citizens on tax and immigration permits issues
• Assisting foreign citizens on the phone regarding questions on the above and the process
• Performing tax calculations and preparation of immigration permits application files
• Following the processes for tax return & briefings, and similar reportings
