Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Min 3-4 year experience is required
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Having strong communication skills and being a good team player
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Excellent reporting skills, successful in time management
  • Analytical and result oriented
  • No military service obligation for male candidates

Job Description :

  • Execution of all personnel affairs
  • Managing of all payroll process and related activities
  • Preparing monthly HR Reports
  • Following legal activities
  • Having good information about labor law
  • Preparing personnel files, including all legal and required documents concerning personnel affairs
  • Following-up and controlling benefit-related and legal transactions such as private health and life insurance, company and government private pension plans (BES), work accidents, medical reports, execution for debts
  • Managing termination process
