Qualifications?

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or relevant fields
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as in Human Resources department
• Good knowledge of the Labor Law; accounting principles and internal controls
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data
• Ability to handle a large volume of work and work at a fast pace in a high-pressure environment

Job Description

• Administer the disciplinary processes based on the labor laws
• Maintaining the payroll system by considering all actions such as hiring, transfer, and termination ,salary changes to ensure that all data within the system is up to date before running the payroll
• Ensure salary, overtime, attendance controls are done accurately
• Registration and cancellation of registration of health and life insurances, following up the insurances, ensuring the coordination between the broker and employees
• Maintaining personnel files, ensuring documents in the files are complete and in order in line with company policies & legal requirements
• Follow up and collect all the documentation for all leave usage, sick reports, resignation etc.
• Assist with the general day-to-day operation of the HR department
• Be part of development and implementation of the policies, processes
