TELUS International is looking for a Payroll Specialist in İstanbul, Turkey!
Our Requirements
- Have a university degree in related studies
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll Department
- Must have knowledge in Labour Law
- Excellent knowledge in verbal and written skills in English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Especially Excel)
- High reliability, excellent analytical and communication skills
- Excellent reporting skills
- Ability to learn quickly and handle complexity, change and ambiguity
Your Responsibilities
- Carrying out payroll processes of employees
- Complete and fulfill legal obligations in a defined time period
- Preparation of Payroll Reports
- Preparation and submission of all necessary legal notices
- Employment and exit procedures on Social Security Institution
- Preparing SSI monthly statements and receiving accruals
- Workforce notifications on Iskur
- Monitoring and reporting incentive applications
