QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The Export Business Development Manager (Printing Materials/Solutions) is aiming to develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree (BS degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred)
- Min. 5 years of experience of in a similar role
- Export experience together with a strong knowledge of printing materials/solutions export processes
- Fluent in English
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop new business from existing client and actively seek new opportunities
- Operate as the first point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with management team to ensure growth attainment
- Responsible for all Export Operation (Proforma Invoice, Shipment organization, Export Documents, L/C if needed)
