QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
To be employed in our Germany-based company :
Sales Support & Logistic Responsible:
· Graduated from related departments of universities, Business Adm. / Logistics / Foreign Trade
· Having at least 3 years of experience in export transactions
· Experienced in export and customs operations.
· Good level of English both written and spoken. German as a second language is preferred.
· Ability to work closely with foreign customers.
· Highly advanced in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel.
· Planning and organizational skills
· Strong communication, prone to teamwork
· Living or willing to be in Düzce.
· ERP software background.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Managing purchase orders and preparing order confirmations.
· Being responsible for export operation & logistic processes.
· Tracing deliveries of received orders by being in contact with planning, production and logistic departments.
· Preparing related documents required for export shipments.
· Being in close contact with foreign customers.
· Using Sales & Purchasing Modules of ERP program effectively.
· Creating Item Codes, Preparing offers, PI and Commercial invoices.
· Periodic reporting to department manager.
