QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Hyundai Motor Group company, we are handling logistics, shipping, warehousing, packaging, material and stock management operations globally and we are looking for a " Supply Chain Management Import Operation Staff " to assign at our İstanbul / TURKEY office with below mentioned qualifications.
· Bachelors degree in International Logistics, Foreign Trade or related fields
· Good command of MS Office applications
· Good command of English with verbal and written communication skills
· Good team player
· Preferably 2+ years experience in logistics and customs operations
· Good at working with details
· Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
İŞ TANIMI
· Taking an active part in SEA EXPORT Operation process
· To communicate with Customers, Custom Brokers of Customers, Vessel Agents, Overseas offices
· Coordination with customs broker and custom process follow up
· Responsible for cargo and vessel tracking, monitoring delays, operation follow up
· Build up a good customer relations
· Executing the entire transportation process for each shipment from taking orders to invoicing process
· Archiving
